RETURNS POLICY

The returns policy of dettagli.patornopelletterie.com does not affect your rights deriving from the law. If you return the item in conformity (in its original packaging, without ever having been used) you will be entitled to a refund of the price paid for the purchase of the product being returned, excluding any shipping costs incurred. After receiving the product, after checking the condition, a digital voucher of the same amount will be issued, which can be used for the purchase of any other desired product.

WARRANTY ON PURCHASED PRODUCTS

The products sold on dettagli.patornopelletterie.com are covered by a minimum 24-month warranty starting from the invoice date, provided that the customer is an end user who qualifies as a "Consumer" as required by art. 1519 bis of the Civil Code. ("Consumer: any natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity carried out"). In other cases, the products sold are covered solely and exclusively by the manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer's standard warranty is provided in the manner described in the documentation inside the product packaging. The 24-month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02 applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the product itself is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and with the provisions of the standard. This guarantee is reserved for the private consumer. In the event of a lack of conformity, Patorno Distribuzione S.r.l. will restore the conformity of the product at no cost to the Customer by repair or replacement (very often we cannot replace the product, dealing with seasonal items, therefore limited edition) or, by agreeing on a voucher that can be used on our site, until upon termination of the contract. If, following intervention by our assistance staff, the defect does not result in a lack of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and recovery, as well as transport costs if incurred from Patorno Distribuzione S.r.l.

The costs and responsibility for return shipments are borne by the customer while the costs and responsibility for product replacement are borne by Patorno Distribuzione S.r.l. To enforce your guarantee, you must send the product with suitable packaging for transport to the address that will be communicated to you by our staff within 10 working days prior to the expiry date of the guarantee and only after having requested authorization to return email address patornopelletterie@gmail.com

Patorno Distribuzione S.r.l. has the right to after an accurate check and physical verification of the Bar Codes and Serial Numbers and of the conditions of the material, reject it, and if it is damaged or not purchased on dettagli.patornopelletterie.com, send it back at your expense. The warranty automatically expires in the event of improper use or tampering with the material. The replacement of the product will take place in the shortest possible time and in case of unavailability of the product you will be offered a similar product.
No damage can be requested from Patorno Distribuzione Srl for any delays in carrying out repairs and/or replacements.

WITHDRAWAL OF THE CONTRACT / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to art. no. 21 LEGISLATIVE DECREE of 21 February 2014 implementing directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, amending directives 93/13/EEC and 1999/44/EC and repealing directives 85/577/EEC and 97/7/ THERE IS. (14G00033)(GU n.58 of 11-3-2014);

if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person without a VAT number), he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty. To exercise this right, the customer must send Patorno Distribuzione S.r.l. a written communication to that effect and within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, arrange for the shipment of the aforementioned goods purchased at the Patorno Distribuzione S.r.l.

The notice of withdrawal can be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, or other certified means, addressed to Patorno Distribuzione S.r.l. - Via Belmonte Chiavelli, 29 - 90124 - Palermo (PA)
Once we have received the aforementioned notice of withdrawal, our Customer Service will inform the customer of the methods for returning the goods. By law, the product must reach us within the deadline of 10 (ten) working days. We will refund the total amount incurred within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You will be refunded all payments you have made to us, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay.

The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The shipment and the direct costs of returning the goods will be at your expense.


COMPLAINTS

Complaints of any kind must be presented in writing by e-mail to patornopelletterie@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt of the goods with a detailed explanation and any attached photos.


JURISDICTION

Any objection or controversy will be the exclusive competence of the Judicial Court of Palermo and the invocation of any condition of cause or other reason for derogation from the territorial jurisdiction indicated above is understood as of now excluded.
